 From the sales trenches to the back offices, from the basketball court to the executive suite, Joe brings a singular quality to every client, project or challenge: the ability to quickly size up a situation, understands what needs to be done and make it happen. No unnecessary fanfare or long-winded dissertations, just results.
With his get-it-done attitude and collaborative, motivational approach, Joe has been leading positive change that delivers real business growth for more than four decades, both domestically and internationally. Action oriented, disciplined and down-to-earth at the same time, he has a long track record of bringing order out of chaos, successfully restructuring, revamping and realigning resources for optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

Marla Lepore Writer, Compulsive Editor, Marketing Communications Consultant
Marla works with B2B clients and professionals to enhance their written communications, providing writing, editing and copyediting services on projects ranging from website copy, blog posts and marketing emails to magazine articles, columns and editorials. She has assisted a variety of authors with conceptualizing, developing and writing business books that not only establish thought leadership around a unique point of view but are even enjoyable to read.
In addition to bylines in trade publications, Marla writes the Muck Rack Daily newsletter and has previously written for New York Radio/WNYC’s On the Media newsletter.
 Based in Nashville, Marla grew up in Shreveport, LA., received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Tulane University and completed the Pocket MFA in Creative Nonfiction. She has participated in the prestigious Kenyon Review Writers Workshop (Literary Nonfiction) and Colgate Writers’ Conference (Short Fiction). A regular volunteer for the Southern Festival of Books, she is also proud to be a member and supporter of Nashville’s writers’ collective, The Porch.
